Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2024 | Last Updated: December 2024
Welcome to Injury Network, operated at injurynetwork.help. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. About Our Services
Nature of Services
Injury Network is a legal referral and marketing service, NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind. Our service connects individuals who may have potential legal claims with qualified, licensed attorneys and law firms in our network who specialize in mass tort and personal injury litigation.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of this website, submission of any form, or communication with our representatives does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and Injury Network, or between you and any attorney in our network. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when you sign a written retainer agreement directly with a licensed attorney.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties about:
- The outcome of any legal matter or claim
- The amount of any potential settlement or verdict
- Whether you will be accepted as a client by any attorney
- The quality, competence, or performance of any attorney in our network
The estimated settlement ranges provided on this website are for informational purposes only and are based on publicly available data from similar cases. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Individual results vary significantly based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case, jurisdiction, available evidence, and many other factors.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Be a resident of the United States
By submitting information through our website or calling our phone number, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us or submitting forms on our website. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in:
- Termination of your case evaluation
- Rejection by partner law firms
- Potential legal consequences
5. Communications Consent (TCPA Disclosure)
By providing your phone number and/or submitting your information through our website, you expressly consent to receive:
- Phone calls (including autodialed and prerecorded calls)
- Text messages (SMS and MMS)
- Emails
from Injury Network, our affiliates, and our partner attorneys and law firms at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide, regarding your case evaluation and related legal services.
Your consent is NOT a condition of purchase or receiving services. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly.
6. Referral Fees and Compensation
Injury Network may receive referral fees or other compensation from attorneys and law firms in our network for leads and referrals. This compensation arrangement does not affect the legal fees you may owe to any attorney, which are governed solely by your agreement with that attorney. Most mass tort and personal injury attorneys work on a contingency fee basis, meaning you pay no attorney fees unless you recover compensation.
